3. How the quote form works

This form does not store your details on our website. When you press "Send via WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you send it. Messages you send on WhatsApp are then handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

4. How we use your information

5. Our basis for using your data

We process personal data where you have given consent (for example by sending us an enquiry), where it is needed to take steps toward or perform a contract with you, where we must meet a legal obligation, or where it serves our legitimate business interests and does not override your rights.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with: staff and subcontractors who need it to deliver your project; service providers such as hosting, communication and accounting providers; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address. Some providers may be located outside Ghana. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

8. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Under Ghanaian law you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted where appropriate, object to certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

11. Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Third-party links

Our footer links to Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
